PER CURIAM: This is an appeal from the district court’s order granting summary judgment to defendant/appellee, Fancy Farms, Inc. (“Fancy Farms”), on claims for violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”) and breach of employment contract brought by plaintiffs/appellants, guest foreign workers. The plaintiffs/appellants also appeal the district court’s judgment entered after a bench trial. After having the benefit of oral argument, reviewing the record, and reading the parties’ briefs, we affirm in part, vacate in part, and remand for further proceedings consistent with this opinion. I. BACKGROUND A. Facts Fancy Farms is a family-owned strawberry farm located in Hillsborough County, Florida. The farm produces strawberries for commercial sale. The * Honorable Richard W. Fancy Farms decided to hire foreign workers under the H-2A temporary agricultural guest worker program that was established by the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, Pub. L. No. 99-603, 100 Stat. 3359.
